Summer Black Belt Extravaganza and Annual Picnic July 28th

Be sure to attend our annual summer demonstration and Black Belt promotion event on July 28th at 1 pm at Glasrud Auditorium on the Minnesota State University Moorhead Campus.

Our all school picnic, also on Saturday July 28th, is open to all students, family, and friends. The Picnic is held at Gooseberry Park, 100 22nd Ave S Moorhead from 5 pm to 7 pm. Join in the Fun and bring a side item to share, the main course will be provided.

Congratulations to all the athletes who made their way down to Ft. Lauderdale this past week. They worked hard, and played hard, and had a great time doing what they love. Here are the results:
